Lifeguard - West Brompton Are you a certified NPLQ Lifeguard looking for flexible work around South West London. We're hiring flexible Lifeguards to join our team, supporting a residential Health Club weekly. Flexible hours - pick up shifts that fit your schedule through our easy-to-use booking app.
You choose your shifts. Competitive pay - £16.60 per hour , inclusive of holiday pay, paid fortnightly. Local shifts - opportunities around SW6, West Brompton Immediate starts available for qualified candidates. This hybrid position combines lifeguard/poolside operational duties with front-of-house responsibilities , making it ideal for people with excellent customer service and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities Provide exceptional communication and customer service. Monitor and man the reception desk, greeting members Maintain punctuality and professionalism at all times. Supervise the pool area, enforcing rules and maintaining a safe environment.
Follow all health and safety procedures. Perform rescues and first aid when required. Carry out general poolside cleaning and upkeep. Report directly to the on-site manager. Qualifications Required Valid NPLQ Lifeguard Certification .
