The rate of pay is: Days £14.15 per hour Nights £15.22 per hour Overtime is available and is paid at: Days £21.23 per hour Nights £22.83 per hour This is a full-time role, and the hours of work are: 4 on 4 off, 6am to 6pm 4 on 4 off 6pm to 6am Your Time at Work As a Line Leader your responsibility is to care for the staff in your team, to care for the product their team is making.
Your main duties include: People management - motivation, organisation, delegation, leadership Product knowledge - materials, QAS sheets, line speeds, equipment, etc Operator training - competent team members in each role, GMP Company-minded - always looking for ways to improve Quality-minded - continuous monitoring of the team's production Effective administration of paperwork - process sheets, start-up sheets, etc Awareness of performance in relation to daily plan (time & quantity) Teamwork & flexibility - within department / shift and wider company.
