responsibilities
Daily start up and Glass & Plastic sheets done correctly & on time on AFPEnsuring all products from the machine are packed/sealed/with the correct print and traceability and within legal parameters in both weight and qualityMonitor/communicate/report progress, downtime & staffing to Pre-pack Team leaderReport issues to Pre-pack team leader & Maintenance in a timely manner through either face to face or by the Factory groupsPro-actively communicate with staff, Line leaders, Team leaders & ManagersPro-actively support continuous improvementsAlways maintain a high standard of housekeeping & GMPSupport end of shift Hygiene needs by ensuring staff are compliant with the planned "Clean down"Meet all GMP & H&S TargetsFollow and complete the production plan in line with the current bag rates.
Take on any other duties as required or what is deemed necessary for the needs of the business
