Circa £45,000+ DOE Hybrid - 2 days from home after probation 25 days' holiday + bank holidays Birthday off Private healthcare after probation Option to add family members to healthcare Discretionary bonus Pension scheme Ongoing training and development About the Role The Litigation Lawyer will manage a varied caseload from instruction through to resolution, including: Property and landlord & tenant disputes Probate and will disputes Employment matters Contract and boundary disputes General commercial litigation Court proceedings and hearings Drafting pleadings and witness statements Building strong client relationships Supporting more complex and high-value disputes Full training on internal systems and processes will be provided.
What We're Looking For The Litigation Lawyer will be: Newly Qualified through to around 3 years' PQE A qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive Experienced in litigation Ideally experienced in property or landlord & tenant disputes Accurate with strong attention to detail An excellent communicator with strong client care skills Confident working in a busy environment Proactive, commercially aware and a strong team player About the Company An established and growing legal practice with around 150 employees across multiple offices.
