Opportunity: Litigation Lawyer (2+ PQE) Gloucester | Hybrid & flexible working Salary: Up to £75,000 + bonus Good litigation lawyers are rarely short of work. But finding the right place to do it, enjoy it and actually feel like you're progressing?

That's a different story. If you're a Litigation Solicitor with 2+ years' PQE, this could be one worth a look! I'm working with an established Gloucestershire law firm with a fantastic local presence, a long-standing reputation and a broad offering across both private and commercial legal services.

They're continuing to grow their Litigation team and are looking for another solicitor to come on board and play a key part in that. This isn't an opportunity to spend your days picking up the overflow from everyone else's caseload.

You'll have the chance to take ownership of your own matters, work closely with an experienced Head of Litigation and get involved in a varied mix of disputes, with plenty of scope to develop your expertise along the way.

What You Will Be Doing: You'll handle a varied caseload of civil and commercial litigation, including: Residential and commercial landlord and tenant disputes Contentious probate Contractual disputes and breach of contract claims Property disputes and TOLATA claims Company and shareholder disputes Employment disputes You'll be involved from initial instruction through to resolution, advising clients, developing strategies, negotiating settlements and representing clients where proceedings are necessary.

What Makes This One Worth Considering? A few things I would particularly encourage you to look at: A team that's growing: An opportunity to join an expanding department and have a real part to play in its continued development.

Support without being micromanaged: Work alongside an experienced Head of Litigation, with the opportunity to develop your own caseload and build confidence in your practice. Variety: A broad mix of contentious work, giving you the chance to build on your existing experience rather than pigeonhole yourself too early in your career.

A firm with real roots: An established Gloucester practice with over 165 years of history, a strong local presence and a commitment to moving with the times. Your development matters: Regular training and development, opportunities to get involved in wider firm initiatives and room to progress as your experience grows.

Flexibility: A firm that recognises people have lives outside the office and offers flexible working. Who Would Suit This Role? You'll ideally be a Solicitor with at least 2 years' PQE and some experience handling your own contentious caseload.

You'll be confident communicating with clients, enjoy getting stuck into a good legal problem and have a commercially minded approach to resolving disputes. You don't need to tick every single box on t...
