The ideal candidate will possess a strong eye for detail and the ability to manage files and communications in a busy property team. /p p br /p p strong Essential requirements include: /strong /p ul li strong Assisting fee earners /strong in property transactions involving strong agricultural and commercial assets /strong , including renewables /li li strong Drafting and reviewing /strong key legal documentation: strong contracts, transfers, lease agreements /strong /li li Preparing and submitting strong Land Registry applications /strong and handling strong post-completion formalities /strong /li li Carrying out a range of strong property searches /strong and providing accurate analysis to support client and internal decision-making /li li strong Managing client correspondence /strong , ensuring professional and timely communication /li li Organising and maintaining strong client files /strong in line with strong regulatory /strong and strong firm compliance standards /strong /li li Providing strong administrative support /strong across the property team when required /li /ul p br /p p strong Preferred qualifications and
skills
/strong /p ul li A strong Law Degree /strong or strong CILEX qualification /strong /li li Experience within a strong property law environment /strong , ideally commercial or agricultural /li li Proficient with strong case management software /strong and strong MS Office /strong /li li Excellent strong organisational /strong , strong written /strong , and strong verbal communication /strong skills /li li A proactive and strong client-focused /strong approach /li li strong Land Registry knowledge /strong and understanding of post-completion tasks /li /ul p br /p p strong Role Responsibilities /strong /p p As a strong Property Solicitor /strong , you will be an integral member of our property department, supporting senior fee earners while developing your own caseload.
