Job Description Location: Fordingbridge Salary: Circa £26K dependent on experience Hours: 8.00am 4.30pm; Monday to Friday with 1 hour for lunch

This is a full-time role to commence with immediate effect. Candidates who have proven experience working within logistics will be highly regarded. The successful Logistics Assistant will have worked in a warehouse or distribution environment previously.
Please note: If you drive and have your own transport or live within walking distance, this would be advantageous The successful Logistics Assistant will: - Have a background within logistics and distribution, at least 1 years experience Have proven experience working within a warehouse environment Be proficient with IT systems Possess good data entry skills Be a reliable and dedicated individual Have excellent attention to detail Good communication skills Be a team player Responsibilities for the Logistics Assistant: - Booking shipments with couriers and working with the warehouse to get an understanding of the shipment sizes to plan transportation accordingly Preparing shipment paperwork Managing deliveries Liaising with the warehouse team daily Assisting the warehouse with any other duties as required
