The role holder will support the effective running of the day-to-day operations of the Reactive Services logistics team through the effective allocation of vehicles to ensure best in class service delivery, ensuring health & safety standards are maintained, and ensuring environmental and legislative compliance, support employee engagement, continuous improvement in productivity and quality of service provision.

key responsibilities

Allocate and manage daily routes to deliver top-class service. Maximise route efficiency and disposal use across the area. Debrief drivers daily to spot and resolve issues fast. Manage driver availability, compliance, and coverage.

Assign jobs to the right vehicle types safely and legally. Oversee daily vehicle checks and availability. Essential criteria: Experience of a position of similar responsibility in Services or Logistics industry Health & Safety conscious Good geographical knowledge E.g.
