Overview

In this Loss Prevention Advisor role, you help safeguard people, products and stores across TK Maxx and Homesense. You’ll work with store teams to investigate incidents, analyse risk, and provide feedback that strengthens loss prevention. The role blends customer-facing activity with behind-the-scenes safety work, including educating staff on best practices. Responsibilities

• conduct investigations and risk analysis to protect assets
• provide feedback and coaching to store teams on loss prevention practices
• educate associates on Loss Prevention agenda and best practices
• handle external theft situations professionally and safely
• balance customer-facing duties with behind-the-scenes safety work
• contribute to conflict resolution and loss awareness initiatives

Key requirements

• experience in shrink and crime resolution in a fast-paced retail security environment is ideal but not essential
• self-driven, engaging, resilient and focused to make a difference
