M&E Maintenace Engineer – FM Service Provider - Commercial Building – Peterborough - Up to £24 per hour CBW is currently recruiting for a M&E Maintenance Engineer to work for an established company situated in Peterborough.
He or she will be required to carry out planned and reactive maintenance across this static site. Hours/Details: Monday to Friday 08:00am to 17:00pm On-going contract Up to £24 per hour (umbrella) Immediate start Duties and
responsibilities
Lighting (Small installation, Fault-finding, Lamping, etc) Emergency lighting tests AHU / FCU's (Filter changes etc) Control Panels Changing Ballast BMS System - Monitor (i.e. Hot & cold) Carry out all aspects of M&E/Fabric maintenance Maintain and update Log books Plumbing - Unblocking toilets Pumps, motors
Requirements
Electrically/Mechanically/Plumbing qualified - City & Guilds Level 2&3 ( 17/18th edition if electrical ) Experience within commercial building maintenance or Facilities Management Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude Excellent communication and customer service skills Reliable, professional and able to work effectively within a team Please send your CV to Jordyn at cbwstaffingsolutions.com for more information AMRT1_UKTJ ...
