Responsibilities
Managing/Negotiation of Sub-Contract packages Produce monthly commercial reports Monthly financial reviews and financial control Dispute resolution managing Contracts Procurement and tender reviews, final accounts Cost Estimation and Budgeting, variations Experience Required Experience of NEC and JCT forms of contract Seasoned and experienced M&E Quantity Surveyor Managing M&E, Building services projects across commercial or industrial projects Rate £450 - £475 per day Please call Narinder on 07968 359 222 for further information and email cv
