M+E Regional Manager

Position: M+E Regional Manager Location: Peterborough and surrounding areas Salary: £55,000 - £65,000 ? M&E Regional Manager required for our client, an established engineering and facilities management company providing mechanical, electrical, and building maintenance services across industrial, commercial, retail, warehouse, food production, and education sectors.

The M&E Regional Manager will be responsible for the safe, compliant, and profitable delivery of planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance contracts across the region. The role will involve managing Facilities Managers, supervisors, and engineers, overseeing regional budgets and profitability, maintaining statutory compliance, and developing strong client relationships.

The successful candidate will have extensive experience managing multi-site M&E maintenance contracts, with responsibility for operational performance, health and safety, financial management, and business development.
