MACHINE LEARNING ENGINEERING LEAD UP TO £125,000 LONDON This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced ML Engineering Manager or technical leader to join a high-growth fintech and take ownership of a growing machine learning engineering function.
You'll combine hands-on technical contribution with people leadership, helping scale production ML systems while shaping the future direction of the team. THE COMPANY Our client is a growing fintech with a strong engineering culture and investment in data.
Machine learning forms a critical part of their technology strategy, creating an environment where engineering teams have a direct impact on business outcomes. As the company continues to scale, they are investing in maturing their ML platform and expanding their engineering capabilities.
THE ROLE Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Lead and develop a team of ML and MLOps engineers Own delivery, operational performance, and technical execution across the ML Engineering function Drive the evolution of machine learning infrastructure, deployment pipelines, and MLOps capabilities Contribute hands-on to architecture, platform development, and production ML initiatives Help shape the long-term strategy, growth, and maturity of the ML Engineering function YOUR
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
Previous people management or engineering leadership experience Strong commercial experience in Software Engineering, ML Engineering, or MLOps environments Experience building, deploying, and supporting machine learning solutions at scale Experience working with AWS and ML tooling such as MLflow, Airflow, Metaflow, or Snowflake Ability to balance technical leadership, strategic thinking, and hands-on engineering contribution SALARY AND BENEFITS Up to £125,000 base salary Contributory pension scheme HOW TO APPLY Please register your interest to Mia Randhawa by sending your CV...
