Ashton Recruitment is currently recruiting for Machine Operators to join the Finishing Department of our highly reputable client based in Lisburn.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a busy, secure working environment where attention to detail, quality and confidentiality are essential. Previous machine operating experience would be advantageous, but full training will be provided.

Position: Machine Operators - Finishing Department

Location: Lisburn

Duration: Temporary - permanent

Starting Salary: £12.71 per hour

Working Hours: Monday to Friday 7am - 3pm (30 minute lunch, 15 x 2 breaks) Finishing Dept

Benefits: 25 days holidays + 9 statutory holidays, Company Pension 4% contribution, Sick pay

As a Machine Operator, you'll play an important part in the finishing stages of the production process, helping to ensure products are completed to a high standard and customer requirements are met.

Your duties will include:

• Operating machinery and supporting key finishing processes
• Working to tight customer SLA and KPI targets
• Ensuring products are finished to a high-quality standard
• Maintaining accurate administration and records
• Following all Health & Safety procedures
• Carrying out equipment checks and maintaining good housekeeping
• Working within a secure and confidential environment
• Communicating effectively with colleagues and other members of the team

• A reliable and positive approach to work
• Previous experience operating similar machinery (desirable)
• A willingness to learn - full training will be provided
