Machine Operator

Elevation Recruitment Group is working exclusively with Lincoln & York, the largest private label coffee roaster in the UK. Family owned since 1994, they roast and pack around 10,500 tonnes of coffee a year from more than 40 origins, and their coffee ends up in some of the best known names on the high street. Lincoln & York have invested heavily in their site and are growing. We are now looking for Machine Operator to join them on the AM and PM shift. What you will be doing Previous experience operating production machinery within a manufacturing environment. The ability to monitor machinery, identify faults and maintain consistent production output. A good understanding of quality control, health and safety, and food hygiene standards. A reliable, hands-on approach with good attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Shift pattern: Monday–Thursday, 2pm–12am AND Monday – Friday 6am-2pm Reporting to: Shift Supervisor What we are looking for Previous experience operating manufacturing or production machinery A technically minded approach and good understanding of machinery The ability to diagnose problems and identify root causes Strong health & safety awareness Good attention to detail and a commitment to quality The ability to work within a clean room environment What Lincoln & York offer £13.04- £15.04 per hour, reviewed as you develop in the role A £100 monthly attendance bonus, worth up to £1,200 a year on top of your pay (shop floor) Modern, fully automated lines and continued investment in the site A BRC AA accredited site with a genuine focus on safety A supportive team and a growing business, with real opportunity to progress How to apply Apply today, or contact Lauren Gormanly on 07742881523 for more details.
