If so, this Production and Machine Operator role could be perfect for you! This Machine Operator position is based in Bosham on a 4 on 4 off shift pattern, working 06:0018:00 . The role is permanent , paying £14.13 per hour , equivalent to an annual salary of approximately £27,076 , with 26 days' holiday and a strong benefits package.
As a Machine Operator , you'll be responsible for operating production and packaging equipment within a fast-paced food manufacturing environment. You'll operate machinery including ULMA flow wrapper machines, ensuring products are packaged correctly and efficiently while maintaining the required food safety, quality and health & safety standards.
You'll work as part of the production team to achieve daily output targets, maintain product quality and ensure equipment and the working area are kept to the required standards. You will need: Previous experience within a food manufacturing, production or packaging environmentExperience operating production or packaging machinery is desirableGood understanding of food safety and health & safety requirementsAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced production environmentGood attention to detail and commitment to product qualityReliable and flexible approach to shift workStrong teamworking and communication skills?
