A fantastic opportunity to work for a fast growing FM Service provider who are currently recruiting for a Site Maintenance Maintenance Carpenter to work at a well respected building service provider within a hospital site based in Swindon, Wiltshire This is a temporary - permanent position.

Responsibilities
Carry out general building repair and maintenance PPM and Faultfinding To apply relevant trade skills to carry out reactive maintenance standards Ensure health and safety of sites are met to regulation standards Candidate requirements; Proven experience - working within general building and maintenance repairs Relevant trade qualifications, such as City & Guilds / BTEC National Diploma / NVQ 2 in a trade or Building Maintenance Carpentry & Joinery/ is preferred.
