From fault finding and electrical repairs to replacing sockets, switches, heaters and extractor fans, you'll play a key role in maintaining safe and well-maintained homes for our customers. A significant part of the role involves carrying out inspection and testing in occupied properties, producing Electrical Installation Condition Reports (EICRs) and completing any associated remedial works. We provide a company van, power tools and ongoing training where required, giving you everything you need to succeed and continue developing your career. Carrying out electrical installations, maintenance and repairs in accordance with service specifications Completing Electrical Installation Condition Reports (EICRs) within occupied homes Replacing sockets, switches, heaters, extractor fans and other electrical components as required To ensure full compliance with health and safety legislation, candidates applying for this role must be qualified to 18th Edition - 3rd and 4th amendment, NVQ Level 3 in core electrics, City & Guilds 2391-52 and AM2, Or currently undertaking the qualification.
