Electrical Bias Maintenance Engineer Location: March, Cambridgeshire Salary: £47,000 Shift: 3 Shift Rotation Industry: FMCG / Manufacturing We're recruiting an Electrical Bias Maintenance Engineer to join a well-established FMCG manufacturer based near March, Cambridgeshire.

This is a hands-on maintenance role working within a fast-paced production environment, supporting both planned and reactive maintenance across a range of automated manufacturing equipment. The Role You'll be responsible for:

• Electrical and mechanical fault finding
• Planned preventative maintenance
• Reactive breakdown support
• Working with PLC-controlled machinery
• Motors, drives, sensors, conveyors and production equipment
• Identifying recurring faults and supporting root cause analysis
• Supporting continuous improvement and machinery reliability
• Working closely with production to minimise downtime What We're Looking For Ideally, you'll have:
• Previous experience as a Maintenance Engineer within FMCG, food, packaging or a similar manufacturing environment
• Strong electrical fault-finding skills
• Experience working with PLC-controlled machinery
• Mechanical maintenance experience alongside your electrical skills
• A recognised engineering qualification such as NVQ Level 3, HNC, City & Guilds or equivalent
• Experience working within a fast-paced production environment Package
• £47,000 salary
