Renowned for producing award-winning speciality food products, the business supplies customers across the UK and exports internationally. Due to continued investment and the ongoing development of its engineering function, they are looking to recruit a hands-on Maintenance Engineer to join their established team.

This is an excellent opportunity to work with a variety of automated production and packaging machinery, where you can utilise your electrical and mechanical skills while playing a key role in improving equipment reliability and minimising downtime.

The Role – Maintenance Engineer As a Maintenance Engineer, you will be responsible for maintaining and improving production equipment across the site, ensuring machinery operates safely, efficiently and reliably.

Your responsibilities will include

Carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance. Diagnosing and repairing electrical and mechanical faults. Fault-finding on automated production and packaging machinery. Reading and interpreting electrical and mechanical engineering drawings.
