About the role and employer:

An established manufacturing business near Buckingham is expanding its engineering function and adding a second Maintenance Engineer. Youll work alongside an existing engineer, and between you the team will cover both mechanical and electrical maintenance across site.

What youll do:

• Carry out planned and reactive maintenance on production equipment
• Work on motors, pneumatics, hydraulics and mechanical systems
• Support fault-finding and repairs across site machinery
• Liaise with contractors and internal teams, keeping accurate maintenance records
• Promote safe working practices across the site

What youll bring:

• Industrial or manufacturing maintenance experience
• Mechanical fault-finding background, or a multi-skilled mechanical and electrical background
• Comfortable working as part of a two-person maintenance team
• Right to work in the UK, no sponsorship available
• Driving licence beneficial due to site location

Whats on offer:

• £45,000 per annum
• Bonus up to 10%, individual and company performance
• 33 days holiday
• Flexible daytime hours, typically 7.30am to 4.00pm
• Full-time, permanent
