Maintenance Engineer Salary: £41,000 - £45,000 (OTE £48,000 - £50,000) Location: Daventry, Northampton Hours: Monday - Friday, 07:30 - 17:30 + overtime paid at 1.5x Job Type: Full-time, Permanent ________________________________________ The Opportunity We are recruiting for a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer to join a well-established and growing business in Bugbrooke. • Diagnose faults and carry out electrical & mechanical repairs on production equipment
• Perform planned preventative maintenance (PPM) to reduce downtime
• Support continuous improvement initiatives across the site
• Ensure strict adherence to health & safety procedures
• Work closely with the Engineering Manager and wider team to maintain smooth plant operations ________________________________________ About You
• Minimum 3 years' experience in a maintenance engineering role (manufacturing, food production, cold storage, or similar)
• Recognised engineering qualifications (NVQ, City & Guilds or equivalent)
• Multi-skilled with either an electrical or mechanical bias
• Strong fault-finding and problem-solving ability
