Maintenance Engineer

We've partnered with a well-known company based in black country. We are looking to recruit an electrically bias maintenance engineer. My client is an established and growing UK industrial business with a strong heritage, modern facilities and a focus on quality, reliability and continuous improvement.

Benefits

£45,000 - £46,000 Premium OT (x1.5 & x2). 33 days holiday. Pension. Training and development. Flexible time with possible early finish Friday. Days only. Maintenance Engineer Duties include: Carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) on machinery and equipment Responding to breakdowns and carrying out fault finding Diagnosing and repairing electrical and mechanical faults Maintaining motors, gearboxes, pumps, conveyors and production machinery Carrying out reactive maintenance to minimise production downtime Completing routine inspection and servicing of equipment Working with PLC-controlled machinery and basic electrical control systems Maintenance Engineer Requirements include: Apprentice trained.

Recognised electrical qualifications. 18th edition (desirable). Experience with hydraulics and pneumatics. Previous experience within a manufacturing environment. PLC fault finding would be beneficial. Please apply find out more about this fantastic role.
