Maintenance Engineer

Job Description We are currently recruiting for a Maintenance Engineer to join one of our manufacturing customers based in Milton Keynes. Hours: 8am – 4pm, Monday to Friday Benefits Bonus scheme Good pension contribution Health plan Life assurance Employee Assistance Programme Cycle to Work scheme Long service awards The Role As a Maintenance Engineer, you’ll be responsible for supporting the site’s processes and equipment, covering both electrical and mechanical maintenance, as well as general building and facilities maintenance.

Your duties will include: Supporting all site processes and equipment, including electrical and mechanical maintenance, as well as building and facilities maintenance Liaising with external contractors when required Using technical manuals, engineering drawings and testing equipment Carrying out regular checks and inspections Keeping maintenance records up to date Installing and repairing site services Supporting the smooth running of the site and its equipment About You Ideally, the successful candidate will have an engineering qualification and some previous experience in an engineering or maintenance role.

We’re looking for someone who: Has an interest in both mechanical and electrical engineering Has previous experience working in an engineering or maintenance role Is confident using tools and equipment Can read and understand engineering drawings Has a practical, hands-on approach to maintenance This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established business who are growing rapidly in their field.
