Maintenance Engineer Wellingborough, Northamptonshire £47,000 Double Days – Monday to Friday – (6am – 2:30pm) (2:30pm – 11pm) – Weekly Rotation Benefits Monday to Friday working – No nights! Overtime readily available and paid at 1.5x across the boards Company Pension Scheme Ongoing training and development We are looking for a multi-skilled maintenance engineer to join a busy, high-volume food manufacturing site in Wellingborough!

We are going through a substantial growth period currently, with the company going from £3m turnover in 2024 to over £33m in 2026! We are looking to expand the team as a result, and currently already employ over 280 people at our manufacturing site.

Day to day you'll be responsible for both planned and reactive maintenance across a wide variety of production and packaging machinery, including but not limited to flow wrappers, conveyors, depositors, ultrasonic cutters, mixers, ovens.

Experience Required Minimum of 3 years' experience as a multi-skilled maintenance engineer within a manufacturing environment Experience within food manufacturing, FMCG or another high-speed production environment desirable Multi-skilled with both mechanical and electrical fault-finding experience Minimum of a Level 3 qualification in an engineering discipline (NVQ, City & Guilds or equivalent) Strong understanding of health & safety and safe working practices Proactive approach to fault-finding and problem-solving Get in touch with Matt from Stirling Warrington regarding this vacancy or any other maintenance engineering vacancies in the Midlands.
