Outdoor Maintenance Operative Location: Various Locations Across Northern Ireland Salary: £15.00 per hour Hours: Full Time Vehicle: Company Van Provided The Role We are currently recruiting for a reliable and hardworking Outdoor Maintenance Operative to join a growing team covering sites throughout Northern Ireland. This is a varied, hands-on role that will involve maintaining commercial properties to a high standard both internally and externally. A company van will be provided, making this an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working independently, taking pride in their work, and delivering a high-quality service. Key Duties Window cleaning of commercial premises Gardening and grounds maintenance Power hosing and external cleaning duties General maintenance and upkeep of outdoor areas Internal cleaning of commercial buildings where required Ensuring all sites are maintained to a high standard Safe use and care of equipment and company vehicle Travelling to different client locations across Northern Ireland What We're Looking For Full UK Driving Licence (essential) Trustworthy, responsible, and dependable individual Ability to work independently and manage your own workload Good attention to detail Positive attitude and strong work ethic Physically fit and comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions Previous experience in cleaning, gardening, maintenance, groundskeeping, or a similar role would be advantageous What's on Offer? £15.00 per hour Full-time hours Company van provided Varied work across Northern Ireland Opportunity to join a supportive and growing team Immediate start available for the right candidate If you are a reliable, self-motivated individual who takes pride in keeping properties looking their best, we would love to hear from you.
