Electrical Maintenance Supervisor (Electrical Bias)Location: WakefieldHours: 40 hours (Tuesday–Friday, days)Shifts: Day shifts with staggered early finishes. Occasional cover required for holiday/absence. Pay: Circa £50,000 plus bonusesKey Responsibilities of the Maintenance Supervisor:

• Carry out and supervise fault finding and repair of electrical and mechanical breakdowns
• Deliver planned maintenance and project work to schedule
• Supervise and mentor day-to-day activities of maintenance engineers
• Create and review risk assessments and method statements
• Maintain accurate maintenance records using CMMS/reporting systems
• Read and interpret multi-discipline engineering drawingsEssential Skills & Experience of the Maintenance Supervisor:
• Time-served apprenticeship in Electrical Engineering
• Strong electrical fault-finding and repair experience
• Previous experience supervising or leading maintenance teams
• Experience in heavy industry and/or automated plant
• Confident creating and working to risk assessments and SOPsWhat’s on Offer to the Maintenance Supervisor:
