Job Description Elevation Recruitment Group are working with a manufacturer to recruit a Maintenance Team Leader for their site in Sheffield. Working hours - 4 on 4 off (days and nights) Salary - £53,000

Up to 7% Pension Employee assistance programme Eye care This is hands-on role leading a team of 2 Maintenance Engineers Responsibilities of the Maintenance Team Leader will include: Supervise and lead the maintenance team Plan, schedule, and oversee routine maintenance and repairs Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Troubleshoot and resolve maintenance issues in a timely manner. Train and mentor team members to enhance their skills and knowledge. We are keen to speak with Maintenance Team Leaders with the following: Proven experience in a maintenance leadership role.
Either electrical or mechanically biased Time served multi-skilled engineer, working within the manufacturing industry Strong technical knowledge of maintenance procedures and equipment.
