Maintenance Technician

Maintenance Technician £30,000 - £35,000 Annan Days Only (Monday to Thursday 7am - 3:30pm / Friday 7am - 12:30pm) gap technical are proud to be representing this global manufacturing business in their search for a Maintenance Technician to work at their facility based near Annan Performance Objectives Internal and External maintenance and repair work Assisting with moving machinery, furniture and/or stores around the factory External lighting and signage maintenance Ensure any security concerns are flagged and rectified Carry out any external health and safety actions Other reasonable tasks as agreed with the Engineering Manager Person Specification Experience within facilities engineering, industrial maintenance or building services.

Experience working across multiple engineering disciplines, including: Plumbing Welding Hydraulics Pneumatics Electrical systems The ability to prioritise workloads within a fast-moving operational environment. A proactive approach to health, safety and compliance.
