Management Accountant

Anderson Knight is delighted to be partnering with a well established and growing organisation to recruit a Part Qualified Management Accountant. This is an excellent opportunity to join a successful business in Stirling, supporting key financial reporting, budgeting and forecasting activities while working closely with stakeholders across the organisation.

The successful candidate will join a busy and supportive finance team, gaining exposure to a broad range of accounting responsibilities and playing an important role in supporting business performance and decision making.

Key Responsibilities Prepare monthly management accounts, including variance analysis and commentary. Complete balance sheet reconciliations and ensure the accuracy of financial information. Support budgeting, forecasting and financial planning processes.

Produce financial reports and analysis to support operational and strategic decision-making. Build strong relationships with stakeholders across the business, providing financial insight and support. Assist in maintaining and improving financial controls and processes.

Identify opportunities to enhance reporting and drive efficiencies. Support internal and external audit requirements. Contribute to finance projects and wider business initiatives. Provide ad hoc financial analysis and support as required.

About You Part-qualified ACCA, CIMA or qualified by experience. Previous experience in a management accounting or month-end focused role. Strong understanding of balance sheet reconciliations and financial reporting. Experience supporting budgeting and forecasting activities.

Strong analytical and problem solving skills. Confident communicator with the ability to build relationships across the business. Strong Excel skills and experience of working with finance systems. Well organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
