Were looking for a Management Information Analyst to join our Retail Annuities team supporting how data is used to drive decisions across the business. This is a hands-on technical role where youll work closely with stakeholders to turn complex data into meaningful insights.
What youll be doing
Delivering high-quality management information to business stakeholders Writing SQL queries to extract and combine data from multiple sources Building and maintaining datasets from scratch Translating stakeholder requirements into data solutions Producing analysis to support pricing sales and operational decisions Improving reporting processes and data quality Working across teams to understand and solve data challenges Supporting both BAU reporting and project-based work Who were looking for: Strong SQL skills and experience working with large datasets Advanced Excel capability including pivot tables and lookups Experience building datasets and transforming data Proven experience delivering MI or reporting outputs Strong problem-solving mindset with proactive approach Ability to work independently and manage priorities Confident stakeholder communicator Experience with BI tools or Snowflake (nice to have) Whatever your role we reward performance and behaviour with a package that looks after all the things that are important to you.
