I'm currently working with a growing and highly regarded accountancy firm looking to appoint an Audit & Accounts Manager.

This is a great opportunity for someone who wants more than simply managing a portfolio, with the chance to lead a team, build strong client relationships and play an active role in the continued growth of the firm. The role As part of the management team, you'll have plenty of autonomy and responsibility, including: Managing a varied portfolio of clients and becoming a trusted point of contactLeading, coaching and developing members of the teamOverseeing and reviewing audit and accounts assignmentsWorking closely with senior stakeholders across the firmIdentifying opportunities to develop existing and new client relationshipsMaintaining high technical and client service standardsAbout you Ideally, you'll be: ACA, ACCA or equivalent qualifiedExperienced within an accountancy practice environmentComfortable managing both clients and peopleConfident building relationships with business owners and senior stakeholdersCommercially minded and interested in the wider development of the firmLooking for a role offering genuine responsibility and progressionWhat's on offer?
