Manager, Demand Generation

Overview

In this role you will drive revenue growth for Causaly by creating and converting demand within our ICP through multi-channel marketing. You will lead and optimize campaigns across paid, events, email, webinars, and content to generate high-quality pipeline. Partner with GTM, product, and sales to scale reach and improve ROI, leveraging HubSpot and marketing tech. Responsibilities

• Develop and manage multi-channel Demand Generation campaigns (paid, events, email, webinars, content) to generate pipeline
• Manage demand generation budget and optimize for short- and long-term ROI
• Utilize and optimize HubSpot for campaign and channel performance reporting
• Lead marketing technology adoption to enable goal attainment
• Collaborate with GTM, product, and broader marketing teams to optimize campaigns and scale reach
• Conduct in-depth market research to identify growth opportunities

Key requirements

• 5+ years of experience in demand generation or growth marketing in B2B SaaS
• Proven success in developing and executing growth marketing strategies and campaigns
• Experience executing demand gen campaigns, generating leads, nurturing prospects, and collaborating with sales
• Hands-on experience with CRM and analytics platforms to manage and track campaigns
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills in a cross-functional, global team
