Manager, Oracle Invoice to Cash Process with AI enabled processes, Finance Transformation

Overview

In this role you will lead Oracle Invoice to Cash transformation efforts within Finance Transformation, guiding large-scale projects from planning to go-live. You’ll work closely with clients to tailor Oracle solutions, build enduring relationships, and contribute to a growing practice. The position sits within a collaborative, inclusive team that values coaching and development. You’ll tackle end-to-end I2C challenges and help shape future-state processes that enable clients to scale and improve performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead workstreams in large Oracle projects (planning, execution, monitoring)
• Collaborate with clients to tailor Oracle solutions
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Work with a team of specialists and contribute to practice growth
• Participate in coaching and development opportunities for the team
• Support formation of inclusive, high-performing team culture
• Organize and facilitate client workshops and design sessions
• Identify and manage risks, dependencies, and issues in functional design

Key requirements

• Practical experience in Oracle ERP/Finance Transformation with strong Invoice to Cash scope
• Strong Oracle Cloud functionality knowledge (Fusion Financials)
• Leadership/management experience in I2C design and delivery (AR, Billing, Receipts, Cash Application, Collections)
• End-to-end I2C process understanding from invoicing to GL reconciliation
• Experience with upstream/downstream integrations and defining functional requirements
• Ability to identify process improvements and automation opportunities
• Knowledge of AI capabilities in Finance/ERP and relevant use cases
• Experience across Oracle ERP lifecycle with delivery methodologies (Agile/Waterfall)
• Experience facilitating workshops and coordinating stakeholders
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and cross-functional collaboration
• Willingness to travel; UK security clearance or eligibility
