Manager, Technology Operating Model (TMT), Technology & Transformation

Overview

In this role you help clients shape their technology organisations for the digital age, focusing on operating models and transformation. You’ll work with business leaders to design, advise on, and implement strategies that enable scalable, product‑oriented tech capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Advise CIOs and senior stakeholders on technology operating models and strategy
• Design and implement technology operating models and transformation initiatives
• Support moving to product‑based ways of working and value stream mapping
• Foster long‑term relationships with internal and client stakeholders
• Contribute to service management and ITIL/ITSM related transformations
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver measurable value

Key requirements

• Robust understanding of Technology Operating Models and core components of a Technology organisation
• Experience in operating models, technology strategy, ITSM/ITIL, and transformation design/implementation
• Experience with product‑based ways of working or value stream mapping
• Proven ability to build long‑standing relationships with stakeholders and clients
• Sharp problem‑solver
• Strong communication with clients at all levels
