Responsibilities
- Lead the Marine, Cargo and Transportation division and drive growth strategy
- Collaborate with the board and senior management to deliver on sales objectives
- Build and scale the marine platform within the broker, leveraging available infrastructure and investment
- Provide leadership, mentorship and governance to the team and ensure alignment with overall business goals
- Shape product offering within the marine MGA and contribute to strategic partnerships
- Act as a key voice in senior management, influencing strategic decisions and resource allocation
Key requirements
- Experienced marine insurance leader with a track record of developing teams and executing growth strategies
