Overview
In this role you will manage the commercial function on a c.£40m city-centre new build residential scheme for a market-leading main contractor. You will report to a visiting Commercial Manager and lead the commercial team on site. The position offers a balanced mix of office, site, and home working with clear pathways for long-term career progression in London. A stable track record as a Managing QS or Senior QS on city-centre residential schemes over £30m is expected. The role offers a salary of around £90,000 p.a. plus benefits.

Key requirements
