Managing Quantity Surveyor

We're looking for a Managing Quantity Surveyor to join our Southern Water Framework based in Falmer. Location: Falmer- hybrid working Hours: 40 hours per week - some flexibility on hours available if desired, just let us know when you speak to us.

We are unable to offer certificates of sponsorship to any candidates in this role. This is an exciting opportunity to join Kier as we embark on a strategic partnership with Southern Water to deliver their ambitions for AMP8.

You'll provide commercial support to project teams, maintain commercial information, and ensure compliance with contractual requirements. Working alongside the framework Commercial Manager, you'll help manage the commercial, procurement and financial aspects of Southern Water's Strategic Delivery programme, with the opportunity to mobilise projects across Southern Water's areas.

What will you be responsible for? As a Managing Quantity Surveyor, you'll be working within the commercial team, supporting them in delivering commercial excellence across the programme. Your day to day will include: Ensuring robust, accurate and timely cost and value reporting at both project and business unit level Managing and developing the commercial team, ensuring workload is covered effectively and compliance processes are followed
