As an Associate Administration – Mandarin Speaking, you will be providing administrative support to ensure smooth and efficient business operations within the department. This is a full time permanent position. Mandarin Speaking Associate Administration -

What You'll be Doing

Perform administrative tasks, including data entry and fillingPrepare, analyse and maintain departmental dataMonitor the office inventory order supplies and materials, and assist in conducting fixed asset inventory checksCoordinate meetings, including arranging meeting venues and recording meeting minutesFacilitate effective communication between different internal and external stakeholdersMaintain and organise departmental archives, ensuring compliance with regulatory and operational standards, including digitalisation of recordsMaintain accurate financial and operational recordsPrepare KPI-based business analysis reports to Management for strategic decision-making in a timely mannerHandle ad hoc tasks as assignedMandarin Speaking Associate Administration - The Skills You'll Need to Succeed: Degree educated in Business, Administration, Finance, or other relevant subjectExperience in administrative, operations, or office support rolesKnowledge of Banking operations is preferred Knowledge of regulatory and legislative requirements as well as industry practices related to financial crime disciplines, including fraud, sanctions, and other related areas is preferredFamiliarity with GDPR is preferredExcellent English and Mandarin communication skillsExcellent organisation skillsProficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)Able to work in a fast paced environmentAttention to detailTeam playerPlease follow us on Linkedin: We would be grateful if you could send your CV as a Word document.
