An excellent opportunity for a Manufacturing Engineer to join a highly technical biologics manufacturing environment in Tralee. This role suits an engineer with strong troubleshooting skills and experience supporting equipment performance, reliability and continuous improvement within a regulated manufacturing setting.
This position is 100% onsite in Tralee. Role & ResponsibilitiesProvide day-to-day technical support and troubleshooting for biologics manufacturing equipment. Support equipment installation, maintenance, reliability and performance optimisation.
Lead technical problem-solving and process improvement initiatives. Develop procedures and training to improve equipment operation and performance. Support development and execution of equipment validation protocols. Contribute to Lean manufacturing and Continuous Improvement activities.
Collaborate with Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality and other technical teams. Ensure equipment activities comply with GMP and applicable regulatory requirements. Develop technical expertise in aseptic filling and lyophilisation systems.
Qualifications & ExperienceBachelor's degree in Engineering or a related discipline, or equivalent relevant experience. Engineering experience within biologics, pharmaceutical or regulated manufacturing. Experience working within a GMP environment.
