Manufacturing Engineering Manager

A well-established food manufacturer in the Wolverhampton area is looking for an Engineering Manager to lead the maintenance and engineering function on a busy production site. The role Lead and develop the site engineering and maintenance team Own planned maintenance and drive down unplanned downtime Manage the engineering budget and supplier relationships Deliver improvement and capital projects across the site Keep the site compliant with food safety, health and safety, and audit standards Work closely with Production and Technical to improve line performance About you Mechanical or electrical engineering background, with a relevant qualification Experience managing an engineering team in food, drink, or FMCG manufacturing Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-volume production environment Track record of improving reliability and equipment performance Strong on health and safety and food manufacturing standards What's on offer Competitive package with bonus and pension Genuine scope to shape how the site runs Clear progression as the business grows Salary of 65k - 75k plus bonus and benefits.
