Manufacturing Key Operative - Machine

Overview

In this role you operate and monitor production lines to deliver quality products in a safe, efficient, and hygienic environment. You will set up and calibrate equipment to meet production orders and strive to maximise overall equipment effectiveness.

You work closely with the production team to reduce waste, downtime, and giveaways while maintaining compliance. This is a fast-paced, hands-on position that contributes to a high-volume manufacturing operation with opportunities for development within the Myton Food Group.

Responsibilities

• Run the production line
• Conduct system set ups and calibration
• Ensure orders are met and compliant
• Maximise overall equipment effectiveness (OEE)
• Reduce waste, downtime and giveaway
• Uphold safety, hygiene and quality standards

Key requirements

• Experience in a production environment with machinery (preferred)
