You'll join at a senior level, with a strong package, stability, and a business that wants a hands-on leader (not a "desk-only" director).The company manufactures engineered components for a wide range of markets (from everyday products through to aerospace), supplying internationally.
They're part of a wider group with multiple UK sites and international backing, offering long-term stability and an environment where strong leadership gets recognised. You'll be based on-site in Beckenham, taking ownership of the full shop floor operation and leading department managers to deliver safe, efficient, on-time production.
This role suits a success-driven leader who wants to take full accountability for a manufacturing operation, lead managers day-to-day, and push performance forward in a hands-on senior role.
