Maritime Coordinator Location: Humber Region - Office-Based Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 DOE Hours: Full-Time, 35 hours per week - flexible between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM Contract: Permanent I am delighted to be exclusively partnering with an established maritime business in the Humber region, with an impressive history and deep roots within the local commercial community.

The Opportunity We are looking for a Maritime Coordinator to join the team - and we are deliberately keeping an open mind when it comes to your background and previous industry experience. You might already work in an operational, administrative or coordination environment.

Equally, you might come from a completely different sector but have exactly the transferable skills we are looking for. For the right person, this is an excellent opportunity to step into a structured coordination role, learn a new sector and grow alongside an established local business.

What Will You Be Doing? This is a varied, people-focused coordination role for someone who enjoys organising multiple moving parts and making sure daily operations run smoothly. Your day could involve: Managing bookings, requests and changing operational requirements Communicating effectively with a variety of internal and external stakeholders Maintaining accurate records, documentation and internal systems Monitoring key dates, deadlines and compliance requirements Supporting general administration across the department Dealing confidently with unexpected operational changes and finding quick solutions Processing routine team administration, including timesheets, payroll and employee records Assisting with payroll administration, absence tracking and workforce reporting Allocating resources and crew members to ensure operational coverage and service delivery What Are We Looking For?
