Maritime Senior FX Partner Relationship ManagerEbury London - office based We are looking for a senior team member under our Partnerships vertical based in our London office, who is already familiar with FX transactions, has a strong customer service mindset, and can manage high volumes of payment requests to our Shipping Intermediary Clients across the globe.
What you'll do Service a portfolio of partners and their clients through a range of different products, including APIs, FX and international payments. Execution of FX trades with multiple liquidity providers, using various different trading platforms.
Handle a high volume of incoming requests via phone and email tickets from the partner. Gain an in-depth understanding of the processes within all departments including screening, operations, reconciliation, compliance, treasury and techBuild and maintain strong relationships with both our Maritime partners and our internal departments.
Assist partners in growing their existing businesses through your Ebury product knowledgeAct as a team leader, manage and mentor our Partner Relationship Associates within the Maritime / Shipping vertical ExperienceFluent in EnglishDegree level education preferredStrong mathematical/analytical/legal backgroundStrong interpersonal skillsPrevious customer service experience would be advantageousProven FX knowledge - client facing and operational FX experience Proven experience in finance / FX industry in a sales / mid-office roleCompetencies and CharacteristicsAbility to work under pressure while working accurately and efficientlyFast learner with a high attention to detailPossess a positive, enthusiastic and motivated attitudeExcellent written and verbal communication skills including an excellent phone mannerWhy Ebury?
