Market Access Manager

Overview

As a Market Access Manager, you will drive patient access strategies for new medicines within the NHS and broader healthcare system. You’ll work across Medical, Marketing and other functions to align pre-launch activities and develop bespoke customer materials using IQVIA’s data assets and analytics. This field-based, full-time role focuses on shaping access strategies, coordinating with stakeholders, and delivering impact in a changing environment. You will lead diverse stakeholders to turn opportunities into robust local solutions and outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Implement patient access launch strategies and supporting materials
• Focus on budgetary notifications, healthcare system preparation, and product indications pull-through
• Engage target customers and deliver agreed activities to optimize patient access
• Collaborate cross-functionally to align patient access with medical and marketing
• Utilize IQVIA data assets and analytics to develop bespoke customer materials
• Lead and coordinate a diverse group of customer stakeholders
• Plan and manage projects to meet quality and timeline metrics

Key requirements

• Advanced experience in patient access launch strategies
• Extensive NHS and wider healthcare system knowledge and networking in a matrix organisation

• Degree level qualification
