We are currently recruiting for a Maths Teacher to join a supportive setting from September until December , teaching small groups of students across KS3 and KS4 .This is an ideal opportunity for a teacher who is confident working with students with SEN and behavioural difficulties , and who enjoys creating a positive, structured and engaging learning environment.??
September - December 2026?? Maths up to GCSE level????? Small group teaching?? Ideally 3 days per week - flexible days?? About the RoleTeach Maths up to GCSE levelWork with small groups of Year 10 and 11 students , typically 8-10 pupilsTeach KS3 students in smaller groups of approximately 4-8 pupilsSupport students with SEN and behavioural difficultiesPlan and deliver engaging, differentiated Maths lessonsMark students' work and provide appropriate feedbackCreate a calm, positive and structured learning environmentAdapt teaching approaches to meet individual student needs??
What We're Looking ForQTS desirable; Maths teaching experience in SEN environment considered. Strong experience teaching Maths to GCSE levelExperience working with students with SEN and behavioural difficulties - essentialConfident managing challenging behaviourPatient, adaptable and resilient approachStrong classroom management skillsPassionate about supporting students to achieve their potentialReliable and committed to safeguarding and pupil well-being??
