We’re working with a fast-growing, multi-disciplinary building consultancy in Cheshire who are looking to add a Measured Building Surveyor to their expanding team.
This is a great opportunity to work on a wide range of residential, commercial and redevelopment projects, producing high-quality survey data that shapes the built environment. You’ll be out on site capturing accurate building information using modern surveying techniques and equipment, then transforming that data into detailed CAD drawings and models that architects, engineers and clients rely on.🎯 What we’re looking forExperience in measured building surveying or building measurement workStrong skills in AutoCAD (Revit experience is a bonus)Ability to produce accurate floor plans, elevations and sectionsUnderstanding of surveying techniques and attention to detailFull UK driving licenceA proactive, methodical and quality-focused approach💰 What you’ll getSalary £32,000 – £50,000 DOEVaried workload across interesting building projectsStrong career progression within a growing consultancyOngoing training and development supportA collaborative team that values quality and input📩 Interested?
