Mechanical Engineer

We are currently seeking a skilled Mechanical Engineer to join a professional on-site engineering team at a prestigious commercial property in West London. This is a static-site position offering excellent stability, a collaborative team environment, and the opportunity to work within a modern, high-profile building. Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance tasks Maintain and fault-find on mechanical plant and equipment including AHUs, FCUs, pumps, motors, valves, and associated HVAC systems Conduct plant room inspections and ensure all equipment is operating efficiently Respond to breakdowns and complete repairs in a timely manner Support compliance activities and ensure all maintenance records are accurately completed Liaise with subcontractors and specialist service providers when required Work closely with the wider engineering team to deliver a first-class maintenance service

Qualified in a mechanical discipline (City & Guilds, NVQ, Apprenticeship or equivalent) Experience working within commercial building maintenance environments Strong knowledge of HVAC and mechanical building services systems Excellent fault-finding and problem-solving skills Professional and client-focused approach Able to work effectively as part of a team

Salary of £48,000 Monday to Friday working pattern Rotating shifts: 8am–5pm and 10am–7pm Static-site role Supportive engineering team Ongoing training and development opportunities Opportunity to work within a prestigious commercial environment

Hours: Monday to Friday (Rotating Shifts: 8:00am–5:00pm & 10:00am–7:00pm)
