Job Description Mechanical Fitter Doncaster £42,000- £45,000 Monday to Friday day shift
The Role
We are looking for an experiencedMobile Plant Fitterto join our maintenance team. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled fitter with a strong background inheavy mobile plant and industrial equipment. You will be responsible for maintaining, repairing and servicing a range of machinery across the site, helping to keep our operations running safely and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Carry out planned and reactive maintenance on heavy mobile plant and industrial equipment. Diagnose and repair mechanical, hydraulic and electrical faults. Maintain and repair equipment includingloading shovels, telehandlers, forklift trucks and hydraulic presses.
Carry out routine inspections, servicing and preventative maintenance. Respond quickly to breakdowns and minimise machinery downtime.
About You
We are looking for someone who has: Proven experience as aMobile Plant Fitter, Plant Engineer, Heavy Plant Fitter or similar. Strong hands-on experience working withheavy mobile plant equipment. Good knowledge ofhydraulic systems and fault finding.
Experience working on equipment such asloading shovels, telehandlers and forklift trucks. Experience with hydraulic presses or other heavy industrial machinery would be highly advantageous.
